VaporLink is provided for the temporary transfer of digital files. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share. You must ensure you have the legal right to distribute the content and that it does not violate any local or international laws.

[ 02_PROHIBITED_ACTIVITIES ]

We strictly prohibit the use of VaporLink for the following activities:

• Distribution of malware, ransomware, or any malicious code.
• Storing or sharing of illegal materials including child exploitative content.
• Involved in phishing, fraud, or targeted harassment.
• Automated "bot" scraping or DDoS attempts on our edge infrastructure.

**CRITICAL:** You acknowledge and agree that VaporLink is **TEMPORARY**. - Files are permanently purged after 24 hours. - We do not provide data recovery services. - Do not use VaporLink as your only backup for critical data. We are not liable for any data loss occurring as a result of our standard vaporization protocol.

VaporLink Labs and its operators provide this service on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
